Gregory Kurtz Jr. is the Co-Founder and President of Advanced Code Consultants (ACC), a Pennsylvania-based firm specializing in building code inspections, zoning administration, and property maintenance enforcement for municipalities across Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania. Through his leadership, ACC has become a trusted partner to local governments, providing professional third-party inspection and consulting services designed to uphold community safety and foster responsible development.

Greg is a state-certified UCC Inspector with extensive experience in interpreting and applying Pennsylvania’s construction codes. He and his team work closely with township officials, contractors, and property owners to simplify complex regulatory processes, promote code compliance, and support sustainable community growth.
