Karen Kizer

EDNJA, LLC was established on October 16, 2017. The company name is an acronym formed by the first initials of the owners' children: Erica, Dan Jr., Nicole, Jared, and Aaron. The business is owned and operated by Dan and Karen Kizer and functions as an umbrella corporation for three distinct businesses located within the same facility: The Tanning Station and Nail Salon, Brite-Way Laundromat, and Trackside Coffee Bar. Each of the three businesses has its own external entrance while also being connected internally. Dan, a certified HVAC Technician, was performing work for the previous owner when the topic of selling the business arose, leading to the Kizers' eventual purchase of the enterprise. Since the acquisition, significant enhancements have been made across all three operations.

Trackside Coffee Bar-The space now occupied by the coffee bar was previously a small convenience store. When the store closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the owners developed the concept for a coffee bar. The establishment sources its coffee beans globally, which are then roasted locally. These beans, selected for their cultivation at higher elevations to ensure optimal flavor notes, produce a smooth, non-bitter coffee. The menu features a variety of hot and cold beverages in addition to coffee, complemented by breakfast sandwiches, muffins, cookies, and other light fare. Patrons who choose to dine in receive their coffee in premium bar or stem glasses, accompanied by a complimentary ice water service, to enhance the full atmosphere of the coffee bar experience.
